You may request closure of your mio288 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt of a valid request, subject to the resolution of any pending withdrawal requests or active bonus wagering obligations. Closing your account does not affect any accrued rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed as promptly as operationally possible. Standard processing times are as follows:
